The first experiences of making something function are sometimes what ultimately grasp us and turn us into the designers that we become. Anyone with a piece of paper, pencil, and a vision has the control and ability to choose what they want to design. It was this moment of realization that fascinated me with design.
I am also fascinated by a few other things as well. Music, people, nature, and I also have a passion for black and white photography; these interests come together in my work, which for me is not only an endless exploration of the many facets of human and nature character, but also the means of my artistic expression.
In my work I am always seeking to vary my approach to whatever the subject I am designing on this place we call earth may be. So many things, the quality of light, the particulars of composition, even the very smallest of details can make the design so much better. Just as each individual has unique characteristics, so should each design; no two should ever be the same.
